We are an interdisciplinary experimental condensed matter physics and materials science research group. We aim to attack problems in semiconductor growth and manufacturing from a fundamental materials structure based approach. Our research focuses on wide-ranging applications, including ferroelectric random-access memory, sensors/actuators, and resistive switching. Our group also focuses on transmission electron microscopy, including differential phase contrast imaging, 4D-STEM strain- and crystallographic-orientation mapping, and in-situ TEM.
